MIC6315-31D2U TR Overview

Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. There are TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. You can always use MIC6315, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
