Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to power management for TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. There are 4 pins on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
