MIC841LYC5-TR Overview
In order to make transportation easier, it is packaged in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 .A comparator with an output type of Push-Pull is being used.We ship the part through Tape & Reel (TR) .In general, the chip type can be classified as with Voltage Reference .A total of 1 elements can be found in it.A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended.A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C should be used for the operating temperature in order to prevent malfunctions.The comparator consists of 5 pins.Alternatively, you may search for MIC841 to find more pin-to-pin solutions for your specific needs.There is 3μA current flowing in this comparator.There is a Surface Mount on the board for mounting to a PCB or other board.Electronic comparator is recommended that the nominal supply current of the device be 3μA .A current supply greater than 10nA may cause the comparator to malfunction.In general, temperatures higher than 85°C are not recommended.Comparator electronics will not be able to function at temperatures below -40°C .A comparator's maximum supply voltage is 5.5V volts.Using a voltage as low as 1.5V is possible for this comparator.For the output quality to be maintained, 1 channels work together.Comparator electronics is part of the Teeny™ comparator series.For normal operation, there should be 5V operating supply voltage applied.
