MICRF001YM-TR Overview

We've included in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package so that RF Receiver's easier to use.This package of RF transmitter and receiver has a package type of Tape & Reel (TR).This RF Receiver receives its power from the 4.75V~5.5V supply voltage.There is a lot of use for it in Garage Door, RKE.Ideally, the temperature should not be higher than 85°C.Temperatures above -40°C should be used.It performs extremely well at a frequency of 300MHz~440MHz.
