MICRF220AYQS Overview

RF Receiver has been included in the 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The package of RF transmitter and receiver is in the form of Tube.This RF Receiver receives its power from the 3V~3.6V supply voltage.It is mainly used in General Purpose.Ideally, the operating temperature should be lower than 105°C.A temperature greater than -40°C should be used for operation.The system is highly efficient when working at a frequency of 300MHz~450MHz.
