PL602-37QC Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 800MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as there are 2.97V~3.63V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of 0°C~70°C should be set. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
