As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The SOT-23 package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 6 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards.
