It is available in the case 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? for this cut smart buffer. The package is in the form of a Tube. For normal operation, 3.2GHz is the maximum value. The mount is made up of Surface Mount. This electronic part is classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution). Setting the temperature to -40°C~85°C will ensure reliable performance.
