For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tube.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as its input type.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number TC4426.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.As a maximum, there is 1.5A limit to the output current.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.A board with 8 component pins is available.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 470mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.For higher stability, the supply current should be kept at 4.5mA.
