Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Tube is the packaging method.This configuration includes 4 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number TC4467.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 16 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1.2A.According to its maximum power dissipation, 760mW is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 4mA.
