TC682EOA Overview


This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 12kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -2Vin. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V.
