TC7660SEJA Overview

It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Through Hole-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator.
