ZL30159GGG2 Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 64-BGA package, this clock generator is embedded. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVPECL. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 177.5MHz maximum. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL works with 1.8V 3.3V supply voltage provided. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
