ZL40204LDF1 Overview
A 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). For normal operation, 750MHz is the maximum value. As far as I can tell, it is mounted by Surface Mount. Electronic parts classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution) are considered to be safety components. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C so the system can perform reliably. Ideally, it should be able to operate from 2.375V~3.465V volts. Its output is LVPECL. The clock switch operates at a minimum working temperature of -40°C in order to maintain reliability. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation.
