A 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 750MHz. The circuit clock is mounted on Surface Mount. The electrical component has a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution). The temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. 2.375V~3.465V V power should work with it. There is LVDS output from clock driver.
