A Non-Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tube case as well. As you can see, it is embedded in 32-LCC (J-Lead) case. Memory size on the chip is 2Mb 256K x 8. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses FLASH-format memory. Featuring an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, this device allows it to be used in a variety of demanding applications. The device is capable of handling a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. The recommended mounting type for memory ics is Surface Mount. When selecting similar parts for the ic memory chip, M29F002 is often referred to. A 32-pin package containing this memory device is used to house this device. There is a note indicating that this memory chip operates at an 5V volt supply voltage. This chip uses Surface Mount mounting, a straightforward, high-efficiency method of mounting.
