A1415A-2PQ100I Overview

A PQFP package is provided with this component. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. An electrical supply voltage of 5V powers it. As a whole, it has 100 terminations. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 85°C. Operating temperatures should exceed -40°C. As a result, there are 264 registers which are used to store and transfer data. In its architecture, there are 200 CLB modules. A feature of this system is also called MAX 80 I/OS, which gives it a unique characteristic. In order to implement this design, 1500 equivalent gates are used in the FPGA.
