There are two packages that contain fpga chips: TQFP package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The supply voltage is 5V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This device is equipped with 140 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. In total, it has 176 terminations on each end. The 5V supply voltage provides designers with full flexibility in their designs. The device runs on a 5V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 70°C. In order to achieve 0°C, the operating temperature must be higher than 0°C. The data is stored and transferred using 568 registers that are used for this purpose. A CLB is a basic module that determines the architecture of a system. For the building block, it encompasses 564 logic cells that make up the logic circuit. The MAX 140 I/OS feature is also characteristic of fpga circuit. The FPGA implements the design by using 4000 equivalent gates in order to achieve the desired result.
