SOT-23 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Adjustable control, this part serves as a voltage reference.Different functions are terminated with 3.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.24V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 20mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 20V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 20V is outputted.
