M1AFS250-FFGG256 Overview
The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.5V. Total terminations are 256. It is recommended that the supply voltage be greater than 1.425V to keep this FPGA functioning. 250000 equivalent gates are used to implement the design in the FPGA. There should be no temperature exceeding 70°C degrees Celsius during operation.
