2N2219 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 100 @ 150mA 10V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 1.6V @ 50mA, 500mA.Product package TO-39 (TO-205AD) comes from the supplier.There is a 30V maximal voltage in the device due to collector-emitter breakdown.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 800mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
