There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 100-BQFP package and X package. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. This device features 83 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 451 logic elements/cells.
