A3P030-VQG100 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 100-TQFP package and X package. A total of 77 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. A fundamental building block is made up of 330 logic elements/cells. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 1.425V~1.575V and uses a battery to supply power. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the ProASIC3 series of FPGAs. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~85°C TJ when operating. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving.
