A3P030-VQG100I Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 100-TQFP package and X package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. Having 77 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. There are 330 logic elements/cells to form a fundamental building block. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1.5V volts is required.
