There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 100-BQFP package and X package. FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. Power is provided by a 3.3V-volt supply. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V . This is a type of FPGA that is part of the MX series of FPGAs. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.
