A42MX16-PQG208M Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 208-BFQFP package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. There are 140 I/Os for better data transfer. 3.3V volts power it. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V and uses a battery to supply power. The MX series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the MX family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -55°C~125°C TC range. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tray for the purpose of saving space.
