AX1000-FG484 Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 484-BGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. 317 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.5V. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 1.425V~1.575V and uses a battery to supply power. An FPGA belonging to the Axcelerator series is referred to as an FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~70°C TA. In this device, 516 outputs are incorporated in order to provide you with maximum flexibility. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving.
