AX250-FG256 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. Power is provided by a 1.5V-volt supply. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 1.425V~1.575V and uses a battery to supply power. The FPGA belongs to the Axcelerator series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~70°C TA. There are 248 outputs incorporated in this device. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. In total, it has 256 terminations on each end. There are 55296 RAM bits that are available with this device. Related parts can be found by using its base part number AX250. During the configuration of this FPGA module, the RAM si6.8kBe reaches 6.8kB to ensure that the program runs normally.
