LX13097 Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Bulk package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. There is a SWITCHING CONTROLLER type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.8V.
