There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LFBGA package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. Its 161 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 6060 logic elements/cells are required. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. There is a 1.14V~2.625V-volt supply voltage required for the device to operate. The FPGA belongs to the IGLOO2 series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~100°C TJ.
