M2GL010T-VF256 Overview
A 256-LFBGA package is provided with this component. An FPGA of this type is made up of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY gates. A total of 138 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. A fundamental building block is made up of 12084 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 1.14V~2.625V .
