M2GL060TS-VF400 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 400-LFBGA package and X package. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. A total of 207 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. Logic elements/cells form the fundamental building block of a computer. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply.
