M2GL150-FCV484I Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 484-BFBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. A total of 248 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. The basic building blocks of logic contain 146124 logic elements/cells. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. Powered by a 1.14V~2.625V supply voltage, fpga chips is able to operate at high speeds. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the IGLOO2 series of FPGAs. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~100°C TJ when operating.
