TL431IDM Overview


A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tube package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±2% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "TL431" for other relevant parts.Applications with 100mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 1mA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.2.5V voltage less than 2.5V is output by the voltage reference circuit.It would send a maximum voltage of 36V.
