MA120GQ-P Overview

In order to prevent damage to the linear position measurement sensors, they are packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages. Electronic components are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). For normal operation, set the minimum operating temperature to -40°C. It is, however, not possible for angle position measuring sensors to operate above 125°C.
