optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 8-UFBGA, CSPBGA package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -0.9V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 600mA output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 7V for this voltage regulator 12v. A voltage of -900mV volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 8 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least -900mV volts. By using the -6V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. With a maximum output voltage of -6V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. In this case, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 2.7V volts is required to ensure reliable performance.
