optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package to save space. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -20°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 300mA Switch. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V for operation. In order to operate voltage regulator, 5 pins are required. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 2.7VV. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 25V.
