MP1530DQ-LF-P Product Details
MP1530DQ-LF-P Overview
As a whole, it supports 3 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation. Ready for shipping in Cut Tape (CT) package. An output voltage of Multiple is provided by this power supply regulator. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, TFT LCD and others. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 2.7V~5.5V. Mounting on PCBs or other boards is easy with the Surface Mount. Temperature lower than -40°C is not suitable for the it. The temperature should not exceed 85°C. As of now, the external regulator should be producing 2.8Aas its output. There is the possibility of switching the voltage controller at a frequency of 1.4MHz.
