For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Cut Tape (CT) package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.3MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3V volts. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 200mA. There is a maximum input voltage of 6V for this voltage regulator 12v.
