A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. Space-saving 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 800kHz. Input voltage 2.6V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.9V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 1.2A. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 6V. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 4.5V volts.
