For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~16V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.Devices have 8 pins available.There is an output current limit of 350mA for this device.There can be a voltage up to 80V on the high-side (Bootstrap).In terms of its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.This device has a maximum power dissipation of 1.4W, indicating that it is capable of reducing power loss without overheating.To maintain higher stability, the supply current should always be 1.5mA.
