MP1917AGR-P Overview

For greater flexibility, its 10-VDFN Exposed Pad package is used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 8V~15V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 2V.
