MP2122GJ-P Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1MHz. Regulator 2.7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.7V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.608V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 2A. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 6V.
