For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The space-saving 8-TFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. 2.8MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1A. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 6V. A voltage of 6V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 600mV at the very least.
