As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 5 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 2.8MHz switching frequencies. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. Voltage can be produced at 6V volts by voltage regulator. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 5 pins are required.
