There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 12-PowerVFQFN package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.2MHz. Regulator 2.8V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.8V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V.
