MP2147GD-Z Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 12 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a 12-PowerVFQFN package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 1.2MHz switching frequencies. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. A voltage of 5.5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 12 pins used for switching regulator operation. There should be at least a 600mV volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly. The maximum output current reaches 4A A to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 5.5V.
