There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Cut Tape (CT) package. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 6-VFDFN package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 2.2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1A.
