As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Space-saving SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. 1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator.
