For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Cut Tape (CT) package. Space-saving 8-VFDFN packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 3.5MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1.2A output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 6V. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 8 pins that must be connected. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 600mV volts at all times. A maximum output current of 1.2A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements.
